If you visited to this page then your Wi-Fi or Ethernet have connected but no internet access. So don't worry. Today I will show you "How To Fix Wi-Fi or Ethernet Connected But No Internet Access On Windows". So let's get started.
Procedure:-
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Chage Adapter Options.
- Then a new window will opened. Just right click on the option Wi-Fi or Ethernet. If you have no internet access on your Wi-Fi & you want to fix your Wi-Fi connection then right click on Wi-Fi or right click on Ethernet.
- I will show you the fix of Wi-Fi so I right click on the Wi-Fi option & clicking on the properties section.
- After clicking on properties a new window will popup. Find the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/Ipv4)" & double click on it.
- Then a new popup window will opened. Click the 2nd coloumn 2nd option i.e. "Use the following DNS server addresses. Then in "Preferred DNS server" add (1.1.1.1) and in "Alternate DNS server" add (1.1.0.0). Then click on "OK".
(Note:- if the DNS does not work then try (8.8.8.8) in "Preferred DNS Server" and (8.8.0.0) in "Alternate DNS Server")
- After that disable the Wi-Fi adapter once & then enable it.
